We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days. Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping provider and are not guaranteed.
Return & Exchange Policy
We believe in the quality of our products, and we want you to feel confident when making a purchase. We are here to assist you with any concerns or questions, ensuring your shopping experience is as magical as our designs.
All sales are final and returns are not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. All of our products are checked before shipping to ensure the quality is of standard. No refunds are accepted on sales items or Gift Cards.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
